How this site works.

One person, one morning, and Claude. Here’s the whole setup, including the parts that now run on their own.

Notes on this site are researched and drafted by Claude in my voice, then published automatically. I read every one, and I edit or remove anything that doesn’t sound like me.

The day it was built.

  1. Morning

I wanted a personal email address.

Asked Claude where to get one. It suggested a domain on Cloudflare and mail on iCloud+, and walked me through both.

  2. +30 min

    Mail live on cansevengin.com.

Domain registered, iCloud+ custom domain connected, DNS records checked.

  3. +1 hour

“Can we build a site on this?”

Claude designed and coded the site, wrote the first five notes, and showed me screenshots to react to.

  4. +2 hours

    Redesigns, until it felt right.

Dark tech look, a live globe, then Apple-style scroll effects, my photo, a new logo and a CV pulled from my LinkedIn.

  5. +3 hours

    Deployed and indexed.

Claude pushed the code to GitHub, set up Vercel, added the DNS records in Cloudflare and registered the site with Google Search Console.

  6. Since then

    It runs on its own.

Twice a week, a Claude agent researches, writes, checks and publishes a new note. I read them after they go live.

The publishing agent.

Every Monday and Thursday at 08:49 Istanbul time, a Claude agent wakes up in the cloud and does this:

  1. 1

    Research

Searches the last 1-2 weeks of news in AI, automation, e-commerce and cross-border trade, and picks one question people actually ask.

  2. 2

    Write

Drafts a 600-900 word note in my voice, based on my background and the way I think about these topics.

  3. 3

    Check

Verifies facts against sources, removes anything that sounds like a pitch, and runs a full build of the site.

  4. 4

    Publish

Commits to GitHub. Vercel deploys it in under a minute, with a fresh share image, sitemap and llms.txt.

  5. 5

    Announce

Pings Bing and other engines via IndexNow. Google finds it through the sitemap.

  6. 6

    Report

Sends me a short summary and the link. If I want changes, or want it gone, I just reply.

Who does what.

Claude

  • Design, code and redesigns
  • Domain, DNS, deploys and SEO
  • Research, writing and fact checks
  • Publishing on schedule

Me

  • What the site is for, and how it should feel
  • Taste: “nah, make it cooler”
  • My background, views and voice
  • Reading, editing, removing

Rules the agent follows.

  • No invented facts, numbers, quotes or stories. Every claim is checked against a source, and sources are listed.
  • Nothing for sale. No services, no funnels, no pitches.
  • Nothing about Babyjem’s customers, distributors, prices or internal matters.
  • No politically contested topics.
  • I can edit or remove any note at any time.

The stack.

Running cost: the domain, plus the iCloud+ plan I already had. Everything else is on free tiers.
